# Additional source and technical review — 4 November 2026

Publisher credit supplied by the user: independent activist and member of Your Party. This is a personal project and does not claim official endorsement.

Source checks refreshed HMCTS guidance, the official rent-increase guide, Form 4A timing notes, registration guidance and the Valuation Office announcement. Current tribunal route retained; no new commencement date assumed.

Corrections: the timing triage now distinguishes a 52-week threshold from a full frequency check, because 53-week rules require additional history. It never reports a legal pass. Future tenancy-history dates do not produce a reassuring timing message. Rent payable is distinguished from a market valuation. Effective-date guidance is more specific, with a link to the official route.

Accessibility: print variables reset even in dark mode; checklist print state is cleaned on the afterprint event, including browsers where printing does not block. Input labels/hints, landmarks, menu state and internal links are checked. Browser-local storage failures have automated coverage.

Limits: this is an assistant-led desk and technical review. Independent housing-law approval, real screen-reader use, native phone/Safari checks, physical printing and complete WCAG conformance remain open. Direct corrections contact details have not been supplied. No casework or intake service is implied.

The historical ONS measure remains explicitly historical; pooled tribunal rates remain withheld. Draft political proposals remain uncosted and unadopted. No new personal-data collection was added.

Verification result: 17 Node tests passed. Browser keyboard submission, result focus, skip-link focus and associated label references were inspected. Unknown housing scope now has a conditional headline rather than an unqualified instruction to apply.
